Located in central Taiwan, our journey began in 1968 with a specialization in OEM machining parts. Building on decades of expertise, we formally established Chang Yi Shin (CYS) in 1996, expanding into the design and manufacture of sensor faucets and related plumbing products for commercial use. Operating under ODM and OEM models, we maintain strict quality control at every stage, earning global recognition and trust.
In Taiwan, we proudly market our products under the TAP (Taiwan Aqua Professional) brand.

Conflict Minerals Policy
As a responsible corporate citizen, Chang Yi Shin (CYS) is committed to fulfilling its social responsibilities, respecting human rights, and continuously addressing the issue of conflict minerals. The company is dedicated to thoroughly investigating its supply chain to ensure that metals such as gold (Au), tin (Sn), tantalum (Ta), and tungsten (W) do not originate from mines controlled by armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries. Through responsible sourcing practices, the company collaborates with its suppliers to respond to this concern.

Request suppliers not to procure or use conflict metals from the conflict regions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Require suppliers to trace the source of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), and tungsten (W) in all products to ensure that these metals do not originate from "conflict zones."

Require suppliers to immediately inform if any conflict metals are used in their products and provide a plan for discontinuing their use.

Require suppliers to communicate this requirement to their upstream suppliers.
